Review for Hotel Esmeralda in Osuna

Staying at Hotel Esmeralda was a fantastic experience. Our twin room was just what we hoped for, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, demonstrating a clear understanding of their duties. the hotel is situated in a marvelous location, just a short walk from the main plaza. it's conveniently close to a wonderful traditional Spanish center, and both Malaga and Sevilla are nearby, making it an ideal spot for exploring the area.

Modern accommodation with marvellous and excellent location in the open area. Quiet atmosphere within the hotel, really friendly staff. Location adjacent to bars and restaurants, restaurants and the Plaza.

Magnificent and fantastic location, a short way from everywhere. Situated in a beautiful area.

Breakfast was included but was only toast and coffee and we were charged extra for a second cup of coffee.

staff was friendly and always helpful, room was clean and of an adequate standard. T own was rather quiet and lifeless but the few restaurants we visited were very good.

dining area was small combining dining, bar, and reception all in one rooml water was cold or at best luke warm.

We had a great experience and would absolutely return, we have no complaints at all.

The welcome and help from the woman on reception was excellent.The position in relation to the town and the historic area was very good.There was a garage.

Finding the hotel was very difficult.Our room faced the street and was noisy. The bathroom smelled of drains but was itself very clean.The men involved in the hotel were not exactly un-friendly but never had a smile.

the family run hotel in Osuna exceeded my expectations. The owners were incredibly helpful, even going above and beyond to retrieve my husband's forgotten sunglasses. The modern and clean rooms, delicious breakfast, and garage parking made our stay perfect.

Excellent location, beautiful property. Very local Spanish feeling. Wonderful old Spanish feel with a pool and lounge chairs. Clean rooms and free wifi. Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location for exploring. Lovely traditional decor.

Loved the "tour desk providing useful tourist information" where I got 24/7 advice on where NOT to go. The "lovingly-prepared" breakfasts made me feel like a 5-star chef. And who doesn't enjoy hiking in "exciting" outdoor trails? Wi-Fi and self parking were just the cherry on top.

The furniture in the hotel is quite old and used, and the hotel could benefit from some renovations to improve its overall maintenance.

The breakfast option could have been more varied and substantial, with more choices beyond a single slice of bread, butter, and a small amount of jam.
